The more I find out about viruses, the more I support sick pay cuts and similar restrictions. If an employer can afford it, sure, keep it the same for everyone, but watch your statistics, who in a year spend more time home and on sick leave costing you more money and increasing the workload for those who stay healthier and keep working, filling in for the sick people. Maybe this statistic isn't alarming. Maybe it is. Anyhow, due to this I cannot condone businesses who decide to cut sick pay for the unvaccinated if they don't want to take resposibility for people getting constantly sick or even ending up in the hospital because they came to work. The sick person just has to take care of themselves.
