Mental healthcare has ALWAYS been the Cinderella of healthcare services, even more so now in spite of extra funding which gets gobbled up by administration before a single soul has been helped. So many struggling and so few resources . I don’t work in healthcare, I’m employability based . Mandated to help those claimants get jobs . Many of the referral participants struggle so badly with even getting out of the house that I don’t have a hope in hell of getting them as far as employment. I have no place to refer them , no backup NHS help as it’s so under resourced ,there is a 15 month waiting list to see, any kind of therapy or help.
