I have had asthma since a little girl I'm now 32. I caught covid in march last year. My asthma before I got covid was mild. I'm now on 3 inhalers a day . 1 is a steroid. And still we cant seem to sort me out . I've been in hospital because of it and had steroids. I'm Hampshire based and I'm not eligible to have it anytime soon even though I have long covid nearly a year on and still have breathing difficulties and lymph node problems, and still under my gp now. I definitely think which area you are in has alot to do with it. Rosemary Flower asthmatics are on the list. Now I occasionally get seasonal asthma very rarely brought on by hay-fever. ( looks outside checks its winter ) . So technically I could put my hand up and say me me me . So to clarify those in lower risk to those that would be in immediate risk of death they have to prioritise. It needed clarification as there are" 4.3 million adults" asthma sufferers .
